The next milestone is moments away from being reached. In order to prepare for this I’ve been doing some work on the blog, adding new features and testing areas that I was originally afraid to work with. It’s crazy how much it’s grown and as I sit on the verge of 1000 visitors I can’t help but be amazed at the power of photography. Truthfully, I never expected or thought I could reach so many lives with just images but thanks to your support impossible dreams have started to become attainable realities. Dogwood is off to a fantastic start and I can’t wait for you all to see what I’ve seen while traveling my home state. I’ll be writing something soon on this phenomenon that is currently propelling my life to new heights but for now…we go back to the beginning. Also don’t forget to vote in the poll below!

The purpose of this blog is to make you feel something; not necessarily about me, but feel something new about yourself and the world. If possible, I would like you to decipher the secrets hidden within these images then allow them to have an effect on you in that moment. It doesn’t need to be a lingering will, just something that can make you stop and say “wow, that was interesting”. I hope that I have the power to impact your life, no matter how big or small it may be. Alternatively I am doing this for me, this blog will be my journal. A showcase for all of my daily moments from the eventful travel excursions to the ordinary classrooms. I do this just as much for you as I do for me, its a fair trade.

This is also personal, beginner semi-professional photography blog dedicated to my craft. It is a place where I will show my images as well as myself and hope that you enjoy both equally.
